Environmental and Social Partnerships
Laeore, our approach to luxury is grounded in more than aesthetics—it is a philosophy shaped by ethics, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility. As a brand operated under THE GENIUS GROUP LLC, an Arkansas Domestic Limited-Liability Company, we have committed from the outset to building a house of fashion with integrity at its core. THE GENIUS GROUP LLC was officially registered on April 1, 2021, under File Number 811299371, and has maintained Good Standing with the State of Arkansas since its inception. Our business headquarters is located at 1717 White Oak Lane, Benton, Arkansas 72019, United States. Environmental and social partnerships are essential to Laeore vision of timeless design and conscious creation. These alliances reflect our belief that fashion should serve not only the individual but the greater collective—supporting the ecosystems, cultures, and communities from which it draws. We do not separate style from substance. Each collection, each garment, each fabric choice is informed by a broader responsibility: to reduce harm, foster collaboration, and give back. Our partnerships with environmental groups, ethical manufacturers, nonprofit organizations, and cultural foundations are not symbolic—they are operational pillars woven into our daily practice.
Our environmental partnerships begin at the source. We work exclusively with mills and textile innovators who are committed to sustainable sourcing. This includes suppliers of organic cotton, regenerative wool, low-impact dyes, deadstock luxury fabrics, and recycled synthetics. We collaborate only with those who demonstrate transparency in their water usage, carbon footprint, and chemical processing. Through these relationships, we are able to trace our materials back to origin—ensuring that our textiles are cultivated and processed under conditions that respect both the land and the labor involved. By supporting certified sustainable farms and low-impact supply chains, we aim to help shift the industry toward a model that values longevity over exploitation.
We also maintain direct partnerships with local and international ateliers that share our commitment to ethical production. These are often small to mid-sized workshops with a deep focus on craft, fair labor, and environmental responsibility. Through these partnerships, we support jobs in clean, regulated working conditions—favoring relationships that are transparent, long-term, and mutually respectful. Many of our pieces are created in facilities powered by renewable energy or using carbon-offset programs. We also work closely with our partners to minimize waste during cutting and assembly, often using made-to-order or limited-release production models to avoid overstock and unnecessary consumption.
Laeore is proud to partner with nonprofit and grassroots organizations that are driving meaningful change in the environmental space. A portion of our proceeds, particularly from select capsule collections, is reinvested into organizations focused on climate action, ocean cleanup, forest restoration, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable agriculture. These contributions are not simply financial—they are strategic. We participate in project-based collaborations, educational campaigns, and fundraising initiatives that bring visibility and tangible support to environmental work around the globe. Our team regularly consults with sustainability experts and nonprofit leaders to ensure that our giving is impactful, informed, and transparent.
On the social impact front, Laeore invests in partnerships that support creative empowerment, equity, and cultural preservation. We support educational institutions, community-based arts programs, and independent scholarships that help open pathways for underrepresented voices in design and fashion. Our affiliate foundation, the Laeore Foundation, helps fund mentorships, residencies, and workshops for young creatives and artisans, many of whom face systemic barriers to entry in the luxury space. We also provide support to organizations that protect indigenous knowledge and traditional craft—partnering with handweaving cooperatives, dyeing guilds, and heritage ateliers to ensure that these practices are respected, compensated, and preserved for future generations.
We are particularly passionate about creating pathways for women, LGBTQ+ creatives, and Black, Indigenous, and People of Color whose work is often marginalized despite its depth and significance. Our partnerships in this area include long-term collaborations as well as seasonal initiatives designed to spotlight and support new voices. We understand that true inclusion requires more than tokenism—it requires structure, funding, and space. Through product collaborations, platform amplification, and internal hiring practices, we are building a brand ecosystem that reflects the diversity of our world and the richness of its culture.
Our packaging and logistics partners are also carefully chosen based on environmental performance. All packaging used in our product deliveries is fully recyclable, and we continue to explore compostable and biodegradable alternatives. We have eliminated plastic wherever possible and instead rely on materials such as FSC-certified paper, cotton dust bags, and recyclable garment labels. Our fulfillment centers follow similar practices, minimizing the use of harmful packing materials and supporting carbon-neutral shipping options. We are currently exploring regional logistics partnerships to further reduce shipping emissions and support local economies.
We believe deeply in the power of collaboration over competition. That is why we continue to seek new partnerships across industries, disciplines, and cultures—bringing together visionaries, researchers, and changemakers to co-create a better standard for fashion. In the coming years, Laeore plans to expand its network of environmental and social partners through global residency programs, community design labs, and artisan grants. These initiatives will further our mission of embedding creativity within ethical frameworks—and pushing the industry forward, not only in design but in practice.
We understand that this work is ongoing, imperfect, and constantly evolving. That is why we are committed to transparency. Each year, Laeore will release a public statement outlining our environmental and social progress, challenges, and goals. We believe in holding ourselves accountable—not just to our customers, but to the planet, to our partners, and to the future generations who will inherit what we leave behind.
