We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Returned garments must be in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. This policy applies to purchases made through our online store as well as to items acquired directly from our Benton, Arkansas showroom. For exchanges, we handle these as a two-step process: customers first return the original item following the return policy, then place a new order for the desired replacement piece. International orders are subject to the same return policies, but please be aware that return shipping costs and customs fees may be higher.
